We send you one 4 oz salt soak, made with French Velvet Sea Salt and Epsom Salt—simple, unadorned, deeply grounding. No perfumes. No decoration. Just the elements, as they are.

Included are a few slips of water-soluble paper. Write what you need to let go of. A wound. A fear. A name. Or perhaps what you’re calling in. A hope. A hunger. A version of you that’s ready to be claimed.

Then dissolve it.

In a bath. A basin. A bowl. However you choose to hold salt and water.

Let the letter vanish. Let the sea remember.
